Do you accept repairs outside Greece?

Yes, we undertake repairs outside of Greece and we take care that the shipments are done in the safest way of delivery. (FEDEX)

What is your daily opening hours?

Our daily hours are Monday to Friday 09:00 – 16:00.

Do you sell spare parts?

The spare parts we possess are exclusively for the completion of the repairs we handle and due to the service aggreements we are not allowed to sell.

Do you sell watches?

No, we are a Service Center exclusively.

Can you send my watch outside of Athens?

We take responsibility to send your object in the way you want.
This means that we can send by any shipping company in all regions of Greece with ease.

Can I pay with my credit card?

Our Service provides you the ability to pay with a credit card.

How much a complete overhaul costs?

The complete overhaul requires the usage of genuine spare parts. We need to get in contact with our suppliers before handling an estimate.

How many days does it take to service my watch or even to change a battery?

A complete overhaul usually requires 10 working days.
We recommend always a water resistance control when you need to change your battery and that takes 1 working day.

Do you repair any brand?

Apart from the official collaborations we own (Audemars Piguet, Hermès, Rado) we repair other Swiss brands also as long as we have stock of spare parts.

Do you guarantee your repair?

Every single repair is covered by a 2 years guarantee although we do not not cover normal wear and tear and ageing (for example scratched crystal; alteration of the color and/or material of non metallic straps and chains, such as leather, textile, rubber).

Any damage on any part of the watch resulting from abnormal/abusive use, lack of care, negligence, accidents (knocks, dents, crushing, broken crystal, etc.), incorrect use of the watch and nonobservance of the operating instructions.

I want to change my Rado strap. Is it available and how much does it cost?
